Experiment I - Invalidated

Synthesis of our customer discovery experiment. We scored it on how engaged the user was and able to articulate pain around the problems and past purchases behavior that indicated if they would pay the pain away. 3 of 4 people got less than our "pass" score of 35/50 points. Experiment result - inconclusive. We decided we need to talk more to diagnose the failure and decide on next steps.
