Trembling hands for Oriana and Jackie, and comfort food for Violet and August!
Oriana doesn’t realize it until Jackie enters the kitchen, but for the past ten minutes she’s been procrastinating.
The concept is so foreign, so embarrassing, it has her grasping for a different excuse. She was reorganizing her computer. She was waiting for an email. However, it’s half past nine and Oriana’s desktop is and has always been in pristine, alphabetized condition. The truth is her carpal tunnel has her muscles in a vice grip. For the past ten minutes she’s been watching her hands twitch.
“Working hard?” Jackie teases. The bus seating is so close their knees knock when Jackie slides in the booth across from Oriana.
She blinks. “I…no, actually.”
“Oh.” Jackie looks almost as surprised as Oriana feels. “Is everything alright?”
The urge to say yes is weak and that scares Oriana more than the procrastination. She’s too comfortable around Jackie. Even now, with her night half-wasted, Oriana wants to shut her laptop and ask what’s kept her singer up. The conversation would be mundane, but maybe Jackie would make Oriana laugh. Maybe it’d be the reverse and maybe it’d be enough to make her forget her trembling hands.
Is she so pathetic she fantasizes about platonic conversation? Oriana massages her wrist. “My hands are a little sore.”
“Oh no,” Jackie says with full sincerity. If it was anyone else Oriana might have rolled her eyes. If only to shake off the feeling of pity. Jackie extends her own hands palm up. “May I?”
Oriana can’t bring herself to object. She places herself in Jackie’s hands.
She starts by examining. Carefully turning Oriana this way and that and it makes her wonder what Jackie sees. Does she take note of her moles? Of the scar on her pinky? Jackie runs her fingers down Oriana's knuckles, around her palm, and across her wrist. “Does it hurt the worst here?”
Oriana nods.
Jackie smooths her thumb up from the ligaments of her joint to the center of her palm. The pressure aches the perfect amount. Oriana exhales.
“You okay?” Jackie pauses her ministrations.
Oriana flushes. “Yes. Please continue.”
Once satisfied with the left hand, Jackie moves to the right. Her gaze stays down and Oriana allows herself to watch Jackie shamelessly. Her hair settles loose around her shoulders, stray pieces curled around her cheeks. Her pajamas consist of flannel boxers, a blue tank-top, and bunny slippers. It's far more adorable than Oriana knows how to cope with.
Jackie finishes only a minute or so later. Oriana's hands tingle pleasently and somehow the sensation has spread throughout her entire chest.
“You should turn in for the night.” Jackie says. “You’ll ruin all my hard work otherwise.”
The smile on her face is sweet. Oriana feels possessive of it.
“I’ll just run to you if I start hurting again.” Oriana can’t. It’s inappropriate but also too demanding. Too reliant on a woman who may be her friend but will always be her client.
“Am I expected to indulge you forever?”
Oriana’s breath hitches. “Won’t you?”
It's banter. A joke at best and Oriana still finds herself breathless as she waits for an answer.
Jackie twirls a lock of her hair. “If you beg me, I might.”
Oriana striaghtens, folding her hands in her lap. "I’m not that desperate yet.”
Jackie’s laugh is breezy. Like wind chimes in autumn. Staring for a beat too long, she looks as if she's starting one sentence, before she cuts herself off and switches to another.
“Well, I’ll be here until you are.”

HELPPPPPP well i was going to post her stats when i finished replaying infamous but who knows when that's happening 😭 but basically all u need to know is that she has an extremely big ego and she's sarcastic and she's rude. i think that sums her up quite well LMFAO i fear some of these fics are not. present arabella so she's more depressed in them than anything KSKSNSBDBKKS but that's seven's fault
as for the li's she flirts with everybody but her main ones are seven/griffin/orion !!! if luca was more prominent he would be up there too but alas 💔

4. Where do you find inspiration for new ideas?
I know that it's cliché to answer "everywhere", but it's a fact in my case. One word can sparks an entire series, like the March challenge 2024 that was about flowers. It resulted in me selecting flowers and assigning them to 31 characters, MCs and OCs, with the plan to write a fiction/character. But I ended up tweaking that plan a bit and included 2 characters in one fiction several times. 😂 The more, the merrier.
I consider myself as a storyteller, meaning that characters come to find me because they want me to give them a voice. Some of them can be so talkative that I am flooded with scenes for weeks. Sometimes, I even have the dialogues included, so the story is getting written by itself. Kind of automatic writing style, you know? The annoying part is when I get flooded randomly as I live my life, and can't laugh openly about the silly things they do and/or say... like in common transports, for example.
16. How many fic ideas are you nurturing right now? Share one of them?
Right now, there are realistically 3 ideas that are cooking. I can share two of them, as they belong to my Flower series and are from the ID universe. 😁 One is about Cas giving flowers to Saini or even accepting flowers from Saini... 🤣 And the other one will put another treasured OC of mine under the spotlight: Linden, who I've at last! formally introduced. They are Skylar's little sibling. Two peas in a pod, but Linden is a bit of a grump when Skylar could befriend a door. Regardless, they are like two fingers of the same hand... extremely close. 💕
20. Have you noticed any patterns in your fics? Words/expressions that appear a lot, themes, common settings, etc?
Oh yes, I have! My stories are taking place in Rainbowland, so lots and lots of 🏳️🌈 rep, especially for people on the aroace spectrum, bi and pan people, and non-binary people, but not only. Biculturality is equally an important theme, so it's also common to see foreign languages in my stories. The exploration of the identity, whether through the orientation and/or the roots. The soulmate/one true pair trope is highly present, as well as the (childhood/best) friends-to-lovers trope. Witty and flirty people... I'm more than aware of that, but that's because they are so much fun to write and read and relatable! These are those that came on the top of my head.

h er fullname is violet mae rhodes!! she was in a relationship with f!seven and that breakup hurt her so bad she literally had like a full switch in her personality (all my mcs did but yk!) it was probably the worst for violet. she used to be silly goofy, very caring very thoughtful and now...she's quite reserved and makes it a point to act nonechalant all the time. as far as her career is concerned she doesnt really care about any of this anymore...shes mainly doing it for her friends if not the income.
she doesn't really care about much anymore and has a hard time of thinking about her future. she was so sure seven would be in her life forever and without that constant shes lost...thankfully though a certain drummer has started to get her to care about people again...heheh.
ummmm some other facts uh heheh. she is a lesbian!!! um hear me out its wild but its important to her character but she's very dominant in her sexual relationships because she likes the element of control. also a top and shes not a "touch me not" but she much prefers giving and isnt fully comfortable with receiving. (despite being this skinny 5'3 girl she makes it work!!!!)
also she's had either breast reduction surgery or top surgery (i cant decide) and she would probably be non-binary if she let herself think about it for two seconds...she really doesnt like thinking deep thoughts about herself or her life though lol!!!
