WDIET (30.1.2017)
Today, I was in the gym and interestingly the amounts of weights I was good at was seriously challenging. It was the same yesterday too. So, I made a little search about it and the possible reasons for me are
not having enough carb. before workout
psychological (actually I can call this boredom but this is kind of related with the following reason)
doing the same exercises for a week and a half, you know... using the same machines for a while.
I think the last one will win cause it’s the most probable reason. Some professionals told me that this causes also boredem. I ate dried figs and nuts before workout and before that I had a nice breakfast. I was a bit hungry after I started walking on treadmill but “a bit”.
Anyway let’s list What Did I Eat Today
Breakfast: Little toast with kaşar cheese + 1 boiled egg + tea Lunch: Nuts + dried fig + pistachio After-workout snack: Yoğurt + banana + (30min after) croissant Dinner: Little pizza (the frozen ones we buy from markets)
I know my diet is not perfect but I’m studying and staying in a dorm so, really don’t have much option. (but my school has amazing sport facilities)
My exercise today:
20 min treadmill (max speed: 5.6)
500 meters rowing machine
Seated shoulder press (2x12)
Seated biceps curl (2x12)
Horizontal leg press (3x12)
Crunch with med ball (3x12)
1 min. plank
