I feel like my motivation has been faltering the past few days. I need to get it back!
My weight the past three years.
Starting weight (2019): 111kg.
Current weight: 85.4kg.
Total loss: 25.6kg.
It’s crazy to look at this graph and be able to see my ups and downs with my relationship to dieting and fitness. Seeing myself surpass my lowest weight for the previous years is motivating and I can’t wait to beat my low of 81.7kg in 2017!
