My Big Win today is that I can balance on my left foot that I injured 🤕 3 months ago after only 2 weeks of physical therapy!! . I know y’all are used to seeing me with weights and jumping around but if you haven’t considered Yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ maybe you should! It has all kinds of benefits! . It's so important that we don't focus on the scale. That we focus on feeling good and looking great and loving ourself. And being the healthiest version of ourself we can be, which is a different size for everyone! . If you work to be the healthiest you can be you will feel good and look good and the number on the scale won't matter.
