This is just my opinion but I dont think Caenis transitioned JUST to avoid being sexually assaulted, although that was obviously part of it. Fate Caenis' wish was not JUST to be a man, but rather, an invincible man. This is relevant because if it was truly just about the sexual assault then being invincible would be enough to make sure it never happens again. I've seen a lot of people say certain headcanons for caenis are problematic for various reasons including that they imply that "women ask to be raped" but if you ask me this one detail makes them completely moot as Caenis has already taken precautions to sure they were never raped as a man either.

INFACT, Caenis even specifies in the lostbelt manga that they CANT leave their fear and humiliation behind so imo it doesn't make sense that they'd become a man purely because of that.

Caenis HATES being called feminine and even has a reaction to just being called Caenis. Caenis is not summoned like this because they want to, but rather because they don't want poseidon to win and refuse to leave their fear and trauma behind.

I'm finally playing lb5.2 and I gotta say I absolutely fucking love how 1) Guda canonically know by heart what response to give to a med evaluation to be cleared up, and will lie to be sent back on the field, and 2) the only/biggest reason why Guda hasn't yet given up and died is out of sheer obligation.
