HSR is a Chinese IP. It's a most likely censorship issue, and they notably didn't include this line in the JP version, possibly because JP fans have easier access to the things you've shown here. It likely wasn't "just" to please Giltoria fans.

Gilgamesh radiates faggily enough for HSR to have to put a "not gay we promise" sticker on him.
