Kinda wanna write an AU where Shizune is an Uchiha who survived the massacre by being out of the village with Tsunade. A medic who uses the Sharingan for surgical precision, and is also a raging lesbian who was ostracized from the clan for her sexuality and gender nonconformity.

When they hear about the massacre, Shizune demands they go back home. Shizune ends up adopting Sasuke as his only living relative. They are distant cousins, but it is enough of a relation for Sasuke to cling to her.

Tsunade pokes her head in Hiruzen’s office and starts asking questions.
