I always think it's funny when you say something particularly blasphemous & the "True Believers" move away from you as if to say "yeah my gods really omnipotent; but, sometimes he's a little imaccirste with his lightning bolts He had a lot of talent, he was always able to "figure it out" no matter the skillset, he judt seemed to be born anle. He really loved that about himself and it was true, he was good at a lot of things. For a long time he thought that it was his skill, the "flick of the wrist" or that good luck came natural and that sometimes when life became a struggle it was just an exercise that the Universe three at him to keep him sharp. After a while the people and places and things that got in his way. If he didn't manage them well, if he could just do more or better or with the right people, be in the right place at the right time... Then he could get it all together. He could finally get out of the mud. And then one day he broke and he surrendered to a higher power. Things went well for a time; amazing actually, and he gave all the credit to God.
