Collie's eyes move to Barkovitch, anger bubbling below the surface. Here he was trying to be civil with his comment. A warning for Gary to get out of his goddamn face. He tried not to let the anger the best of him, he really did. His mother taught him better than that. His father told him it wasn't what a real man did. It didn't matter right now though because his father was dead and his mother was a million miles away. Fuck he wished he was home.

"What that means is get out of my goddamn face. That clear enough for you, shithead?" Collie snaps before he faces ahead again. He wants to swing a right hook at his stupid fucking face. Get him a few times make him spit out his fucking teeth... no. No. No he's not going to do that he is going to calm down.

A few deep breaths and he looks over at Gary again. HIs jaw is clenched and his eyes still filled with fire. "How about you take a hint and go bother someone else. I'm sick of looking at your ugly face."

Collie wasn't one to say when he had a hard day at work. Sometimes it was obvious with his attitude and mannerisms. Most of the time he hides it well. He thought today was one of those days where he was hiding it well. That was until Gary had rushed up to him for a hug.

Collie is tense at first but it's only for a moment. He drops his bag at his side reaching out to hold Gary. He rests his head on top of Gary's head. His throat feels tight as he tries not to cry. "You doing okay?" He asks, not able to say more without feeling like he can cry. He had to make sure that Gary was okay before he offloaded his day on him.

Gary first. Make sure he's okay then maybe just maybe it'll be time to feel this day he'd had.

As Collie opened his mouth make some smart ass remark he realized he didn't have a clue. Honestly he forgot what they were even talking about. This is what they did they just went on and on. Going in circles or finding new bullshit points to speak on. It would be exhausting for anyone who walked in on it. For these two though it was just a regular Tuesday.

Finally his open mouth moves to a smile instead of speaking. He shrugs his shoulders before reaching up to brush long locks out of his face. "I mean does it really matter? Either way it ends with us making out."

"Do I still-" Collie says before he reaches to rub his face. Maybe that wasn't the best reaction to have right now. Here Gary was trying to be vulnerable and Collie looked almost annoyed. He wasn't annoyed of course well... he was. He was jsut annoyed that Gary didn't trust him after this long.

How long had they been together? How much bullshit had they been through at each other's side? The thought that Gary could question all of that so easily upset him. He looks at him, "Of course I want this. Why the fuck would I still be here if I didn't want this, Gary? Fuck. You just- you get so stuck in your own head you don't see it. You don't see how much I fucking love you."
