- First, Have a healthy and big breakfast. They always say it is most important. After all, It’s the first meal of the day in which decides how you’re going to feel after. Make sure it’s something good and healthy.
- Eat fruits and vegetables throughout the day. It’ll make you feel better on the inside, As well as on the out. Drink lots of water and stray away from soda and coffee. Energize yourself naturally.
- Do yoga or an activity in which is graceful. Ballet is a great example of that. You’re challenging your body but still end up appearing as if it’s nothing but graceful.
-Take a shower or a bath. If you take a bath, Make it a warm one with added essential oils or even bath bombs. If you have a robe, Have it on the ready. Clear your mind and focus only on your breathing. Listen to how you breathe ever so calmly.
- If you are able to, Invest in some silk things such as robes, silk pillows and or silk pj’s. They’re very comfortable and yet make me feel like a princess.
- While in a shower or bath, Afterwards make sure to apply any lotion you want for soft and silky skin. This feeling is amazing and is even better with fresh shaven legs!
- Sit straight when you are sitting down and standing. This is, of course, Optional as for you do not need to do this all the time. It can help you breathe better though and can help with back problems. If you are a girl, You may sit with your ankles crossed. Again, This is just optional and you can sit any way you wish!
- Apply a face mask or cleanser. It’s very important to keep track of your skin’s health. Also, Be sure to watch how it reacts to certain cleansers and what not, So you know not to use those again. Remember to be gentle to your skin!
- Use a gentle and pretty scented body mist to spray onto your body and if you want, Hair as well. However, You can use a hair mask to make your hair smell nice almost instantly!
- Leave your windows opened as often as you are able to, To allow the scent of fresh and natural air to enter.
- Keep flowers and or plants around your home or bedroom. A vase of roses is a great example for a lovely and ethereal feeling to the area.
- Wear flowy dresses, tops or skirts as well as soft and floral.
- Wear colors like cream, white, ivory or pastel pink.
- Apply a gentle pink lip balm every morning and before you go to sleep each night!
- Speaking of sleep, Make sure to sleep at a decently early time to get a full night’s rest.
- If you wear makeup, You may think about applying a little bit of pink blush to your cheeks!
- Spend time doing quality activities such as going outdoors, Reading some of your favorite books, or spending time with friends and or family.
- Use a shimmery highlighter (or eyeshadow!) to make your skin look like it’s ~glowing~
- Eat outdoors once in a while. Yes, A picnic! It’s not done much these days however it’s actually a real nice experience! Especially with friends or your family!
- Clean and declutter your bedroom (or whole house if you wish to go all the way!)
- If you’re religious, Take some time to pray. If not, Try meditating or listening to some calming music!
- Use a wooden comb or brush.
