It is the year 2003, it has been 5 years since the Battle of Hogwarts. The chosen one has not been seen since the Wizgamot Trials.

After serving a 3 year sentence in Azkaban, Theodore Nott returned to Nott Manor and hasn't been seen since. Draco Malfoy has served 5 year of his 7 year sentence. Luna Lovegood has been in a comatose state for 5 years after 3 suicide attempts.

On May 2nd 2003 Luna Lovegood wakes up and yells for Theodore Nott, stating darkness is coming and nobody will survive it.

Hermione Granger teams up with Blaise Zabini to get Draco Malfoy released from Azkaban before his sentence is up as she knows he is the only person that can find Theo Nott if he does not want to be found.
