unpopular opinion but the more i think about the bucktommy breakup the more impossible them getting back together feels to me. not in a show won't do it way, in a "i think they're thoroughly doomed by the right person, wrong time narrative" way... like their second chance romance is only plausible to me and right to their characters if it happens after they spend a couple years apart and change in some fundamental ways... my mind's reeling from this wait
