Can I ask if you have an egg ham recipe???

Hi! @emoghosts,

thanks for your message!!! The recipe is the same few starter steps when cooking the spring onion and plain omelet. However, before pouring the mix into the pan, add in some chopped ham. Mix so the ham is covered entirely by the egg mix.

To test if the pan is ready, use a fork to pick one of the ham slices up, drop it into the heated pan. The ham will cook. This is a sign to pour in the rest of the mix. Once the egg has solidified but also not that dry. Remove from pan, plate and sprinkle in more pepper if preferred.

And there, there is your delish ham omelet

It’s been a year since TSTS came out? How do you feel? How many chapters do you have planned for the series? How are you gonna celebrate?

Um. WOW. How did I not realize it's been a year since I published TSTS?!

I am in awe of how much support this story has received, and more than that, so grateful. I've always loved writing but TSTS is the first multi-chapter story I've ever written, and the feedback I have gotten has given me so much confidence as a writer. Really, I cannot thank everyone who has read TSTS enough.

TSTS will have about 40 chapters (give or take a few). The past month, I've really tried to plan out the rest of the story - I know what I want to happen, but definitely had to rearrange some events to fit better with the story and make sure everything happens when and how its supposed to. Anyway, all that's to say that I have been working really hard on the story, and I am so excited to show you all!

I am going to celebrate how I always do - with a glass of red wine, some Florence + the Machine on my record player, and a night full of writing ahead of me ♥️
