Another great #workout in the books! It all went really well! Hit dumbbells I normally can’t handle without wrist and elbow pain. So I’ve got that going for me😉. Squats were good til’ I felt a slight twinge high in my quad on my last rep🤷♂️ I paused too long at the bottom.
