Boxing Motivation: Get in the Gym 👊🏾
I’m Back!!
I fell off the wagon. Hard.
I had right knee pain. So I stopped running.
I had left shoulder impingement. So I stopped lifting.
I became really depressed and out of shape. So in January I weighed 116 and my whole family decided to start Weight Watchers.
Fast forward 7 months, and I’m finally recovery from my knee injury thanks to a cortisone shot and also recovering from shoulder impingement thanks to cortisone and PT!
Doc finally approved me to workout again so I’ve been spending the past week at the gym every day using the elliptical for low impact exercise.
And since January- I’ve lost weight slowly but steadily and I now weigh 102.5:)
I felt good so as of TUESDAY- I also started beach body’s 80 Day Obsession- since as of Tuesday my WEDDING is in exactly 80 days. (Perfectttnessss).

I’m already on day three and I’m so sore but I feel great! Excited to see what happens next:).
