I always find that having a brief plan works well. Just like a sentence for each scene I plan to write. Another trick I use when I'm suffering from block is to write a scene that really excites me. I find it gets my juices flowing. Also don't stick to a rigid plot. Allow it to develop however it wants and it will feel less than you're forcing it. Have an open plan too. Don't say "I'm going to get 10k done by Saturday" because you might not hit that target and feel bad.

Great tips!! I did find last time that handwriting some of it helped too which I don’t normally do, but definitely going to have a rough plan this time.

I’m sure that we’ll have lots of shots of Stoffel on the side of the track, drinking away anything he can get his hands on. Including pina coladas. Or battery acid.
