for my fav most unusual/uncommon ship: i would have to say, lucas and el. i really want to see more of their platonic relationship. i think they have a super special bond, esp since lucas was the most vocal about not trusting her in st1.
for my fav (seems) unusual ship: i would have to say dustin and steve! i really love that they came together in st2 and we’ve seen their relationship grow in the subsequent seasons. their relationship is like brotherly to me, but also mother n son, but also best friends? like i really appreciate that the characters are so seemingly different, but have been brought together through these crazy/intense circumstances. i’m v interested to see how their relationship changes in st5
