Kind of sucks to be Max Parker now though. His character is finally getting some focus outside of being the rapist's brother and wailing Wendy's second son...

And all everyone cares about is the potential return of a character that's been off screen for a year and a half.

04.06.21 Well well well....

Wendy talks to Luke after learning from Ethan Luke might be gay after he had messaged him on a hook up app.

But Wendy is stunned when Luke confesses something else entirely.

Luke tells her Lee had beaten him up for liking guys and Luke admitted he'd retaliated and had hit Lee knocking him unconscious and this happened on the very same day Robert had struck Lee on the head, meaning it's possible he caused the fatal head injury on Lee!

Later a weeping Wendy goes home and starts looking at newspaper clippings and the post mortem report of Lee's death, taking it all in. And it dawning on her as well as Lee being a rapist he was also a vile violent homophobic bully, she could lose her only remaining son, Luke to a prison sentence.

When Victoria pops round with boxes for Luke to pack up, he's supposed to be moving in with her, Wendy puts away the papers and hides what she had found out today. Will either of the Posner's consciences compel them to tell the truth?

Basically the story is: Luke wanted his brother to meet his boyfriend and Lee battered him. They fought and Lee hit his head and was knocked unconscious but sadly woke up... and went to harass Vic and her family - and met Robert's shovel.

Now wendy is doubting Robert killed lee because he hit his head earlier that day. She asked Ethan for advice and gave him Lee's post mortem and asked him to figure out if Robert's sentence had been reduced/different if the court had known about the fight between luke and lee.

then she had this whole conversation with Vic about missing her family and Vic had a little rant about hating that Robert 'dropped out of her life again' but that she couldn't stay angry because he's the one locked up without anyone that cares about him.

and wendy is feeling all guilty and feels she owes it to vic to try and get robert out or his sentence reduced... and luke isn't happy about that because he could face prison instead.

Oh.

Wow.

That's a lot going on.

But sure Luke hurt Lee, but if Robert was the last person to hurt Lee doesn't that mean he's the guilty party? Though Lee also contribute, like they are both guilty of what happened to Lee?

I wonder if the show doing this is just opening up the door for Robert to return if Ryan wants to?
