THE TRIBE BECOMES 1 @ GLOBAL LUNCH BEAT DAY

I hope you didn´t forget your dancing shoes at home because today is GLOBAL LUNCH BEAT Day, yeaay!!

Four years ago, after some thoughts of how to combine dance and work together except after work clubbings, the founder of this underground movement; Molly Ränge came up with this unique idea: LUNCH BEAT!

First hosted with only 14 people in a garage in Stockholm; this movement which was simply invented to make people get up on their feet and survive the work stress by dancing during the lunch break, soon became a globally celebrated day representing "PEACE".

Meanwhile, it´s so popular that people from all over the world started to organize lunch beat parties even monthly.

The global lunch day can be organised by anyone and all people who enjoy dancing, are welcome but still, there are some rules you have to obey! :D

"No one can do everything! We can all do something! Together we can do anything! A beat for CHANGE, a beat for HUMANITY, a beat for COMPASSION, A BEAT FOR PEACE!!"

So see you all dancing between 12-13 pm! :D
