Lots of Bests hit on today’s walk. Part way around the pace was taking its toll and I was aching. I had no choice but to carry on though as this was done in the limited time of my lunch break. After another 10 minutes the ache was replaced with a feeling of greater strength in my legs. I’m still a fair way off ‘where I want to be’ (note to self. not ‘where I should be’) but the improvement is there. I intend to do a lot of walking on my Summer Holiday in Sweden at the end of July. On my lunchtime walk. I came through from the Coventry Road side today. Haven’t walked this part of the park in years. It’s now my favourite part. It starts by The Harvester Pub (Arden Oak). I can feel some weekend breakfast walks coming up. You can see a sunbeam in this photo too.
