I recently had the honor of touring Chiara Lungarotti and her wines around town. She presides as CEO of  Lungarotti.  The winery sits southwest of Perugia, not far from Assisi in Torgiana’s hills.  They also have property in Montefalco. The wine world had long ignored Umbria, Italy’s green heart, isolated in the Apennine hills.

Lungarotti is one of our internship’s company. Our friend,Christina, is the intern in Lungarotti. She invited us to visit their museum and  winery. Her tutor introduced wine history for us. Many year ago, people like to drink some wine to celebrate. They thought wine is important in their life. Wine represents happiness and joyful. We saw a lot of wine container, wine making machine and some book talking about wine.

Lungarotti也是我們實習計畫中的一間公司，我們的朋友Christina就在這邊上班。他邀請我們去參觀他們酒廠的博物館和酒窖，Christina的tutor非常熱心的為我們介紹關於酒的歷史。很多年前，人們把喝酒當成一種慶祝的方式，他們覺得酒非常的重要，酒對於他們來說，是非常開心且幸福的一件事情。我們也在博物館中看到了從古至今許多裝酒的容器、製酒器具以及有關於酒的一些歷史文物。

And then, we went to winery and wine cellar.  Her tutor introduced how to making wine. We saw the machine of making wine. I thought they can produce a lot of wine per year. They stored some wine in their wine cellar. It is a big barrel to store it. Beside this, there are a  lot of bottle with wine form 1962 to 2016. The wine must be stored for 5 years before sell. It is amazing to visit this wine cellar!

參觀完博物館後，接下來，我們前往酒窖，她的tutor接著為我們介紹酒的製造過程，在酒窖中有許多的製酒機器，我想，Lungarotti一年之中應該可以製造不少的酒，他們把酒儲藏在酒窖中，用極大的木桶儲存，除此之外，他們也擁有從1962年到2016年不同年份的酒。她的tutor說，這些酒都必須放置至少五年才能到市場上販售，參觀酒廠真是好驚奇阿!

Finally, we finished all trip and we came back to taste wine. The staff gave us some Rubesco Riserva Vigna Monticchio and Brut Rose. Their wine is great! If you like wine, you can go to Lungarotti to visit and taste. I think you will have nice day in there :)

最後，到了最讓人興奮的時刻，參觀行程的終點—品酒，品酒師為我們倒了兩種不同的紅酒，一個是Rubesco，另一種則是Rose，他們的酒真的很不錯，不會澀，非常的順口，假如你很喜歡酒的話，你可以來Lungarotti參觀，我想你會有一個美好的一天!
