One of my client who is excellent in her training and form ... but sometimes towards the end of a training session you tend to exhaust but still you cannot take that for a ride this is little sneak peak video before and after audio correction... cause she is good in listening while performing the set, few are more of kinaesthetic means touch and correct or show them the exercise and then make them do the same and few are visual.
