Congrats to Luvstar for 100,000 subs!
Anyway, watch these videos if you are thinking about creating your own personal website <3
Let us all have our own websites!
LuvstarKei talking about how fun it is to have your own website which you can put anything on.
I personally believe that what I would call fake professionalism (that’s the one where you pretend to be different from who and how you actually are) will destroy your creativity quickly, so to thine self be true.
Yeah, sure, having a portfolio website is all cool and sh*t, but I believe that if you like to make friends and get to know cool people in your field (and in others) giving them what is basically your business card after a cool hang is mental.
I will have a portfolio section, sure, of course, but come on! How drab would that be! I am not building these fun little things so that nobody gets to see them because I could possibly confuse my “customers” in my “niche”.
Reading that last paragraph again, that actually sounds like putting a cage around my soul.
Trying to build an audience on social media has been one of the most frustrating and unrewarding things I’ve ever done and I’ve been trying to do it for 10 years.
This video was really inspiring, I want to host a website for my art, writing, and music.
Why tf should the entire internet be on like four sites where you constantly have to struggle to see shit you want but instead you get flooded with ads, shithead people you don’t care about, and AI shitgarbage.
It’s all shit.
There was a period of time six years ago where I was without internet for several months. It was an eye opening experience to be totally cut off from popular social media. The most remarkable thing was I basically missed nothing. Like the most prominent thing that happened was people thought Big Chungus was funny. It was so nothing. Fomo is fake, and social media is the fakest form of fomo that’s ever existed, has anyone ever really given a shit about what’s trending? Wow I missed a bunch of shitty memes and online drama no one remembers.
How I decentralized my smartphone with a flip phone and other cool items!°☆
Someone commented on this video that Luvstar is "keeping the old guard deviantart style alive" and I kinda love that
do really quite enjoy luvstarkei's minecraft videos for general tips and philosophies , so finally decide to explore downloadable map ! this was just fairly quick glance for now , as today is busy , but snap some spots that feel particularly inspirational personally .
of note is that this resource pack bring in some darker tones , at times contrast with original textures and intentions , so some of this might look wonky - blame that on kossai , not luvstar :D
tea party in woods is always good vibe
absolute suckers for minecraft furniture
just love this hilltop scene
hot air balloons ! would love to do more sky decorations as well , but not sure what exactly , and do not want to cast too many shadows
garden is also always , always good vibe <3
know this is not luvstar's favourite kind of build anymore , but love this manor . want to build something like this out in personal world , maybe as part of oakhurst memorial ?
Let's explore SPACEHEY! The modern MySpace :3
