Everyone but Rhea will have to deal with Flayn harmlessly teasing you guys about it or listening to Manuela talk about the struggle of being single, and it got annoyingly bad enough that Cathinere avoids Manuela in hopes of not hearing any more.
Dates with Catherine typically training ones while dates with Shamir are lazy days where the both of you can just be in bed, and dates with Rhea usually end up where you’re being spoiled in some way or another, she finds more enjoyment and relaxation by watching your face lit up from joy than anything else.
It is both a death wish and a stupid idea to say anything bad about your relationship because each of your lovers is a powerful woman who will not allow words/behavior to pass

No one is sure who suggested the idea but Constance was the most open and excited about it while Hapi was mainly indifferent.
There will be days where you and Hapi watch Constance work while sometimes you assist in her work as Hapi watches both of you.
It’s not often that people won’t see one of you guys without each other due to how often all of you are together, in fact, to see one of you guys alone tends to mean a fight or something bad had happen.
Dates with Constance usually are study dates or where you help her out with work while dates with Hapi tend to be relaxing ones, typically ending with both of you taking a nap.
Not only would someone have to fear Constance or Hapi’s anger to any nasty comment directed at your relationship, but also fear Yuri and Balthus getting involved, and if none of that scares someone, Hapi will just sigh

This doesn’t mean that he never worries about you. Quite the contrary, if he begins then he can’t stop. So he doesn’t tinker the thought.

Let us face it. Iggy is a worry-wart.
He freaks out over the most minuscule of situations. The poor lad nearly gets a heart attack at least once a day
And no, i’m not just referring to his pre-timeskip self. Ignatz may have grown a head taller, got a backbone, fancy harem artist pants--but no, he did not lose his inner anxious zealot. That trait will cling until the day he dies sadly
Having you at his side only makes things worse (in a good way. The trouble is worth it to him)
Especially if you’re more of the risky sort. Expect him to mother hen if you cause ruckus around the monastery. He can and will lecture you to death (only to apologize and hide away after)
Now not only does he worry about his own issues, but also yours. I swear Ignatz acts like you are his second being. If someone scolds you, hurts you, etc. he acts like they did it to him
Can be a bit dramatic, not gonna lie. He gets so worked up that his ears go red. Like, you can just t e l l he’s holding so much back because he doesn’t want to go too far
Don’t even get me started on if someone tries to make a move on you

Raphael believes in trust. He expects you to be honest and to not keep anything important secret. In return he’ll do the same.
This is why he doesn’t care if someone is flirting. He could give less of a thought on gossip, rumors, or anything really. That effort can go towards training
He truly, honest to Sothis, trusts you with all his heart. There isn’t any time to spend doing otherwise. Raph just wants to live happily and that means having you by his side
Nor does he feel intimidated by anyone else either. I’m not saying that he reeks of resolved confidence, but Raph believes that you love him. Love topples any mindless flirting that other people throw your way

A possessive streak is nonexistent in her blood. Such thing is a personal fear of her’s. Marianne refuses to conform to the stereotypes associated with her crest
However, she does believe that one day you may leave her side. Marianne isn’t the most confident person. She...doubts
Often does she wonder if you’re there solely to make her hurt. To love her and then one day disappear without a trace
Anxieties like so will not go away overnight. She will not seek reassurance, which makes her more uncommunicative than most partners
but no one is perfect. Neither are you. All you personally can do is politely decline any advances, and do your best to let Marianne know that you love her
She isn’t particularly protective in any other sense either. She’ll heal you if needed, but special attention isn’t there
Marianne treats being a healer like how an ER doctor operates. On the field, everyone is equal. She is needed everywhere and cannot stay by your side. Otherwise lives will be lost, and that won’t be good for her conscience.
The same goes for all other aspects. If you’re gone, then you’re gone. If you’re sick, then you’re sick. She cannot give you special attention and acts in accordance to severity of the situation. Patients cannot be weighed in value via personal bias

You can’t blame her for being extra cautious. While her life may be hanging on a string, that doesn’t mean yours has to end
After some time she develops a resolve. If needed she would gladly lay her life down if it meant you could live another day
A problematic conclusion. You two will argue often over how she cannot trade a ‘life for a life,’ just because of her special circumstances. Her mind always enforces that it’s the logical decision, and has trouble recognizing her own value
I suppose that comes with being a know-it-all, huh? Once her mind is set then there is no changing it

So he won’t do that to you. You’re a capable individual and that’s that. Nothing more for him to interfere with
His only protective streak lies when you’re incapable of doing things yourself. Aka: injured, ill, resting, etc.
He’ll nag you for not being careful, but it’s not hard to miss the tears pricking his eyes
He’s also very perceptive towards break-in’s. Many people have tried to kidnap/assassinate people of higher standing. He’s witnessed many attempts towards lady Rhea. I see him taking night shifts for patrol often, and after the war the habit sticks with him.
He takes a lot onto his shoulders often. It’s not bad. Being dedicated is an admirable trait, yet if you’re down someone will have to stop him from picking up the slack.
He’s no healer, and leaves that job to the professionals. However he doesn’t want anyone to disturb you with the work your missing. So he’ll do it in your stead
Manuela lets him stay in the infirmary past visitation hours. Mostly because he’s so busy during the day that he can’t come by
He won’t return to his room those nights. He prefers to be by your side, just in case.
Other than this type of situation- no, he’s not protective in the slightest.

At first, she would joke about how she had to deal with you again now that you’re back and how much of a hassle you left when you were gone that she managed
But you could see in her eyes how much pain was there, the pain you would see after any battle where we lost units, only this time it was the most intense you had ever seen her eyes become
You go to apologize only for her to brush it off like it was nothing, which is very out of character for her, worrying you about her condition this whole time
Later, when you get away from the group she throws herself in your direction and starts to sob, completely losing any persona she was using earlier and just letting out all of the stress out from the past five years and finally being able to relax in her lover’s arms once again
Lysithea ~
Now this girl would be absolutely livid if you came back from the dead
She would scream and hit you until she couldn’t anymore from the overwhelming sense of relief, which would make her even more upset that she cares about the idiot who put themselves into danger
It would definitely take a few weeks for her to warm up to you again, but the transition is sweet and well worth the wait
The words from her mouth start to soften and she actually compliments you from time to time, but only when you are deserving which is nice to hear because this mean she is back to her feisty self and you can move on together
Marianne ~
She would 100% pray for your return everyday, never believing the others when they try to convince her that you are gone
She knew in her heart that you were still alive, she could feel it in the air that her beloved was still out there somewhere, only lost
The day you finally get back to her, you find her praying in front of the pile of rubble that was once called the cathedral
She barely notices your existence when you walk into the room but the moment she does, you see a smile that has never once touched Marianne’s face, her entire faces lights up with joy and confusion, but mostly joy knowing that she was right all along and you are finally back with her
Leonie ~
The reunion with Leonie would be surprisingly sweet with how well she reacts to you coming back
She would see you and calmly pull you into her arms and just smile, knowing that she, after all, hasn’t failed her promise long ago that she would always protect you
But as the weeks went on with you two finally back together again, she would start to crack a little and you would notice that your absence did in fact take a toll on her
She lets you know the truth of her many sleepless nights of searching and how isolated she made herself from the others, not wanting to get close in fear of losing them too but it only made the pain of you gone worse
The night would go on with her bittersweet stories of bringing herself back and getting back to helping others as you both get closer and closer together until you end up in each other's arm and finally truly embrace for the first time in years

He likes the closeness, and the warmth that comes with physical affection, but he will act like he has been stabbed if you try to hug him in public. He has a glare that puts all others to shame.
A big blusher! His whole face is aflame with pink within mere seconds of you touching him when out in public. He’s not very intimidating when he’s as bright as a cherry.
If and when he relents and lets you hold his hand, he will squeeze you in a vicelike grip to dissuade you into letting go — spoiler alert, you don’t. Eventually, his grip relaxes and he just lets you hold his hand, and will fight anyone who so much as stares.

Public flirting can either go one of two ways. He will either a) become a complete blushing mess and tell you to knock it off, or b) he whispers a rebuttal just low enough for you to hear that makes you twice as flustered
Sparring gives you excellent opportunities to flirt and fluster him to your heart’s content, which usually leads to him disarming you and pinning you to the nearest surface. If people are around he announces that it’s ONLY to surprise you and get you to stop, not for any other reason AT ALL.
Lysithea
If you reach out and grab her hand whilst walking, she will stare directly ahead, go silent, and turn bright red. She doesn’t motion to pull her hand away, as she likes the action, but is too shy and stubborn to say anything.
If you are taller than her and you reach down to kiss her on the cheek, she will scold you, and point her finger accusingly in your face. She does this to look tough, but it is the cutest thing you’ve ever seen.
Flirting in front of others earns you this treatment as well, and if you tease her enough, she will excuse the both of you, dragging you away with a pull of your arm to lead you around the corner, where no prying eyes can see, and kiss you.
Wiping frosting off of her cheek and licking your finger drives her wild.
Do not call her cute or use saccharinely sweet nicknames in public unless you have a death wish! She does not want Claude or Sylvain calling her ‘Shnookums’ nor ‘Cuddle-Bear’. It’s bad enough that Byleth overheard you refer to her as your ‘Strawberry Shortcake’; she will never forget that monotonous tone of the professor passing by her in the monastery, calling her ‘Strawberry Shortcake’ without a smile on their face.
