U.N. Owen didn’t seem all that demonic like to begin with. Especially with how she choses to act which is child-like.

In the Wastelands after the bombs hit, a little bar sat in the shade of a huge rock formation.
At the edge of the town stood Maki Nishikino, one of the more well known survivors of Vault 43′s testing, dressed in what appears to be thief attire.
“Come on U.N. Owen, you’re taking too much time!”
“I’m going as fast as I can!”
Along side Maki stood her frien and helper, U.N. Owen. Not much was relatively known about her aside from the Alias she took. She was dressed in more ‘protective’ attire if you will.
