Each time Maitimo felt the silver ring tied on a chain around his neck, he smiled. It was a reminder of his promise, of Findekáno’s promise to him, that soon they would be wed. Soon they would put aside the quarrels of their fathers and unite as one in the eyes of Eru Ilúvatar, and their love would be known to all.

He remembered the night Findekáno made that promise, the night he’d presented him with a silver ring and shining eyes. His touch then had been gentle, almost hesitant, asking without words a question Maitimo had answered only with a kiss. And then another. And another. And—

He touched the place over his heart where his ring lay hidden by his robes, a secret for himself and his betrothed. He yearned to wear it proudly, to show all Eldalië that his touch was reserved for Findekáno alone, but there was something wonderful about the privacy of their promise. It was special, not for the eyes of others. It was theirs, and would always be theirs. Just as Findekáno would always be his.

I love your OCs! Their designs are beautiful. I especially love your art of Lanone; her sharp features feel really fitting for a goddess of science and logic. And the ocean themes behind her coloring are lovely!

Awww thank you so much!! I'm so happy to hear that! <333 Compared to the other deities, Lanone generally feels trickier for me to draw because, well, how do you portray the science-y themes? She's still super fun to work with though XDD I'm glad to hear you like my art of her!

i was tagged by @fingons-rad-harp and @ma3dhros to make my OC in this character creator! I’ve actually used the previous version of this character creatore before to make my OC Ryndil, so I went with a different character: this is Erien (sort of an OC, sort of not, lol), the daughter of Fingon and Maedhros and the twin sister of Gil-galad! She’s pictured here at Mithlond in the Second Age, where she likes to cause problems for her brother on purpose by being as loudly Feanorian as possible!
