These Simple Nutella Macarons are a delightful treat that combines the delicate almond-flavored cookies with a luscious Nutella filling. They are perfect for any occasion and will surely impress your friends and family!

Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar. 3 large egg whites. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup Nutella spread.

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 300F 150C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a food processor, pulse almond flour and powdered sugar until well combined. In a large bowl, whisk 2 egg whites until foamy. Gradually add granulated sugar and continue whisking until stiff peaks form. Fold the almond flour mixture into the egg whites until you get a smooth, shiny batter. Transfer the batter to a piping bag with a round tip and pipe small circles onto the prepared baking sheet. Tap the baking sheet on the counter a few times to remove air bubbles. Let the macarons rest for about 15-30 minutes until a skin forms on the surface. Bake the macarons in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until they are set but not browned. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, spread a small amount of Nutella on the flat side of a macaron and sandwich it with another macaron. Repeat with the remaining macarons and Nutella filling. Serve and enjoy!
