There's a subtle difference between this Mace Swing and the one I posted yesterday. Trying to go through the combination of crossing my midline and going over the opposite shoulder and then not crossing. Practice, play, improve. #XodusMoveMore - Been a couple weeks since picking up my #steelmace. Decided to give them a go this morning after my first clients. Been laying off as my biceps/brachialis seems to be giving me some trouble and my grip was weakened. You can still see the weakness in my biceps from the right arm positioning where there's some compensation with a widely flared elbow. Anyway, was fun and the road to healing continues.
