HEADCANON TIME!!!

Nickel, Mag, and Roboking has a text to speech voice so, basically Speakoinia. Or Microsoft TTS sam /Macintalk or whatever. And I Think that Mag as the TTS Voice that’s one of the female voices of whatever. 

so yeah they use Word98 text to voice
