semi-hiatus

Hello everyone! I know I haven’t been all that active. This is due to real life getting in the way, and mostly just... Not having all that much of a muse for Cullen at the moment. School gets stressful, and the semester is ending in a couple of weeks. But getting into Cullens mindset is quite honestly exhausting sometimes. For my own mental health, I will be putting this blog on semi-hiatus for an unknown amount of time. I won’t disappear completely! I just havent been as active on This blog. If you wish to continue to RP you can come find me on my other blogs. I may also be pretty selective on this particular blog.

Rosalie: Oh! My hero! What happened?

Branson: Well uh, I went down there and told the Inquisitor that no one treats my sister like that and that he’d better come up here and apologize. I’ll see you later. (Starts to leave)

Cullen: Wait a minute, what did he say?

Branson: He said that he wasn’t gonna apologize because Rosalie and I are living here as a favor, so instead what he’s gonna do is have you thrown out.

Rosalie: What?! You got us kicked out of Skyhold!

Cullen: I told you not to go down there!

Branson: Well he made Rosalie cry!

Cullen: Rosalie always cries!

Rosalie: (Sobs) That’s not true! (Starts to cry.)

Jesi sat on the battlements with a small, ragged blanket spread out beneath her. The blanket itself was old -- it had been washed and dried many times, but it was one of the few things she still had left from her mother and as silly as it was, it made her feel safer around the loose mages that called Skyhold home. She was specially afraid of that creepy, bald elf she saw skulking in the round room, with all the paintings. He was the reason why she never set foot into the Main Hall if she could avoid it. Out on the battlements, though, she wasn't as scared. The mages didn't seem to bother heading up there, and there were guards on patrol... Not to mention, Cullen's office was close by. She couldn't be scared if she was too busy admiring the Commander. She set the loaf of bread she'd been eating off to the side, and decided to head over to his door and give it a gentle knock. He worked too hard and she could certainly use a friend to eat with. "Commander Cullen?" she called through the thick oak door. "Would you care for some lunch?" @mackleford

A Dinner Date

Bri lifted her head as the door to her small workshop-slash-office was opened, light pouring in from outside. She sat her current task down on her workbench, a long leather strip embroidered in blue and green floss, something uncompleted.

“Oh hi,” She smiled, moving around in front of the table to meet him at the door, “I’m glad you got the flowers and the note, did you like them? Cassandra said it was odd and backwards for me to be leaving you flowers, but...” Bri merely shrugged.

Her cheeks tinged a bit pink as she smiled up at the Commander, “You would?”

*grumble grumble*

“Cullen can we talk a moment?” Torania reached out a hand to tap the man’s furred shoulder. She had indeed traveled all the way to Skyhold for this conversation.

The Queen of Ferelden did not wait for a reply, instead sighing exquisitely.

“Look, your brother is my guard, And my little sister, Well... My little sister is... you... her...” The redhead made vague hand gestures. Before sighing again and just going for it. “Right. If you both have not already gone to bed I’m pretty sodding sure you’ll be getting a move on that soon. And marriage. That too. So I figured... It might be good if our relationship could go beyond me threatening you?”

She paused, peering at him. “I mean Bri is no fool and neither is Branson. There has to be something they see in you.”

@mackleford The healers apprentice darted up the stairs towards the quarters the commander was using while his usual ones were repaired, bringing news she knew he would want to hear as she knocked at the door, opening it cautiously after a moment. "Commander the inquisitors party is back from the hinterlands, the healer has asked for you to come down." The young fereldan blurted out. "Miss Aelith was hurt on the way back and they can't get her to calm down, she says you'll be able to do it."

Varric  swung the large wooden door open and sauntered into the commander’s room. Privacy wasn’t his forte, but seeing how no one really gave Cullen the privacy he wanted it didn’t seem that bad. It wouldn’t be the first time that Varric was apart of the problem. 

“Curly, I’d ask how you’ve been since I took my trip but I doubt you’ve doing any better.”
