I'm using some little local brand, I haven't tried buying online so I can't be much help there :(

@commandershepardvasfuckit all good! I did find the brand I went with (Lazarus Naturals) by recommendation of a friend of a friend, so I feel good about them...and the 60% discount they offered was another big factor. I tried a sample of some brand in Tucson last month which did seem to help, but they wanted $99 for a bottle that would last about a month and that felt a bit steep.

(whoops, hit enter on mistake) it's a low daily dose, but it keeps the inflammation down and helps me sleep ^.^

I’m definitely hoping it will help with anxiety and sleep, as well! the headaches are just more motivating because those are the least controlled with other meds (although my anxiety script is about to lapse, as well, and there’s probably some health issue with taking as much benadryl as I do to go to sleep nightly lol). I ordered some 10mg caps and a few bottles of oil in different flavors to try for now. I figured it was good to start off low and I can vary the dose with the oil pretty easily to see what works best.
