During that time, Killer somehow.... I don't know? Worm crawled across the floor to get to the keys, somehow got them in his mouth, bent backwards and undid his own cuffs? Is that how that worked?

Also... That cuff is not connected to anything. You can clearly see the end of the chain, and the key is what separates the handcuff itself. Since Kid only has one hand and the cuff was only on one hand.... HOW WAS THAT WORKING?
