Indulge in the enchanting taste of this gluten-free magic cake. With just one batter, it magically separates into layers while baking, creating a delicious treat that will delight your taste buds.
Ingredients: 4 eggs. 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 2 cups milk dairy or non-dairy. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Powdered sugar for dusting optional.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 325F 160C. Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish and put parchment paper inside it. Take the egg whites away from the egg yolks. Beat the egg whites in a large bowl until they form stiff peaks. Put away. Mix the sugar and egg yolks in a different bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Mix the vanilla extract and melted butter into the egg yolk mixture until everything is well mixed together. Slowly add the gluten-free flour and milk to the egg yolk mixture, switching between the two. After each addition, make sure the batter is well mixed until it becomes smooth. Mix the egg whites into the batter slowly until they are fully mixed in. As soon as the baking dish is ready, pour the batter into it and use a spatula to smooth the top. Before you put the cake in the oven, heat it up. Bake it for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set. Take the baking dish out of the oven and let it cool all the way down. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if you want after it has cooled. Cut and serve. Have fun with your gluten-free magic cake!
