KING DEDEDE
A big gift giver when it comes to wooing a potential partner; especially things like foods and shiny objects. Gives his potential lover the best of the best treats and exquisite meals, the shiniest largest gems he can get his hands on, anything that pertains to their hobbies or interests, it's all free game.
He tries to be nonchalant about it, he tries really really hard. Giving them whatever gift he got for them and trying to appear unbothered by their reaction but also he wants to watch them like a hawk to make sure they enjoy it. He also can't hide how giddy it makes him when they do enjoy it.
He would also take them on trips or excursions around Pop Star, anywhere their heart desires and he's got the Waddle Dees readying transportation.
Despite his boisterous nature and ego he still takes a while to actually confess any feelings. He wants to make absolutely sure a potential partner is properly wooed and swooning over his kinglyness.
META KNIGHT
More of an actions speak louder than words type of guy. Carries things for his potential partner without prompting, gets them a book or tickets to a movie they'd been talking about but never had the will to purchase, just little ways to show he cares.
He's a lot like a cat when it comes down to it, he spends more time around them without actually interacting. Half the time they don't even notice he's there even if everybody else notices. He'd probably also leave treats in places that they frequent.
Genuinely they wouldn't even be able to tell he's courting them. He's not the most romantic when it comes down to it so it's easy for them to brush it off as "he's just being chivalrous he does it for everybody because he's a knight." He does not do it for everybody.
Would probably actually confess face to face, maybe with flowers, depends on how important he deems it to the person he's confessing to.
MAGOLOR
Capitalism king shows his affection and amorous feelings through discounts. Potential partners get discounts on anything he sells with "cutie discounts" and "my favorite person discounts". Though due to his smarmy nature they'd probably assume he's bullying them (he kind of is).
He gets more playful with any potential partner, affectionate touches and nuzzles; cutesy nicknames that sound vaguely condescending and insulting but he genuinely means them to be cute pet names.
He's not a very giving person without gain, so gifts are often things he feels he could afford to lose out on, though they still have their strings. What do you know, he has an extra ticket to Merry Magoland! Ohhh noo if ONLY he had a cutie to go with him because he doesn't have ANNNNNNYBODY else to play the minigames with :( won't somebody PLEASE take PITY on poor Maggyboy. Then he gives them a sidelong glance before dramatically fainting. Unfortunately, though not a villain anymore, he still has the dramatics of one.
Do I think he'd confess? Yeah probably. Though I doubt it'd be romantic or have much thought or consideration in it. Just off handedly after he gets caught up in his feelings and how he would've never gotten this chance had things gone his way.
TARANZA
Best spider boy in the WORLD is very much a guy who does acts of service to show his affection. He doesn't give gifts anymore, not after what happened last time (the scars may have healed in due time but they still sting). He makes up for it by giving his potential partner all of his time and energy.
Very big on physical touch and one of his favorite things to do is give any potential partner a massage, it allows him to help make them feel better and also provides physical affection. Big win!
Genuinely LOVES spending time with them and loves doing mundane things with them, doesn't matter if its just a walk in the park or hanging out while they do chores; he's just really really happy to be there.
He confesses purposefully and genuinely, more than likely during a picnic in a flower field. He doesn't gift them flowers, so just. existing nearby them is the best he could do. God forbid he gifts them flowers that are evil and fucked up.
SUSIE
An absolute autistic queen that has been so corporatized she isn't sure how feelings or emotions work. She'd express her interest in a potential partner by taking things off their workload. Chores, school work, emails, whatever she can do to make life easier for them (and give them more time to spend with her) is a sacrifice she'll make.
Not much of a gift giver, but when she does give gifts it's always something with a purpose or use. Type of woman to give you pots and pans. She doesn't see the appeal of useless doodads and doohickeys.
When she's not working to fix her fathers mistakes she's spending time with them. Though she prefers to do something productive (getting those chores they've been putting off done, for example) she'll give them a pass because she does enjoy her time spent with them.
Confesses robotically with precision. Done quickly and effortlessly, possibly through email.
Guys ...... let's think about giving Magolor a stuffed animal when hes never owned one before together ....
when you walk past a stall of stuffed animals for sale in the theme park... you ask him if he owns any and he laughs and goes "it would be pretty conceited for me to own my own merchandise wouldnt it?? Besides I'm not a little kid"
But you've seen how he clings to his pillow when he sleeps and you know he likes to steal hoodies and blankets from your house for the scent
So on your own you go into a toy store and look around... suddenly the benefits of being as small as the aliens around you are readily apparent as it's easier and more affordable for Dreamlanders to get stuffed animals their own size or even larger.. you look for smaller ones tho, because you want something he can carry around or tuck into a pocket
You settle on a little palm sized critter, little kitten or bunny (2011 zodiac animal, the year his game came out) or small bird maybe, and keep it in your bed a week, letting it get your scent before you give it to him
When you hand it over it fits in his hand. His eyes are so so big. He holds it in both hands and lightly squishes it
"You got this for me?"
"I wanted you to have a little friend"
He nuzzles his head to it, marking it, then spends the next hour curled up on you, purring
Sometimes after that you spot him take it out of his pocket to look at or hold in one hand... eventually he tells you he likes to carry it when hes upset or hasn't seen you and is lonely... he gives it a name too
He will text you pictures of it with him when he gets a coffee or is at work or whatever
Ocassionally he will insist on sleeping in your bed with you to "recharge it" with your scent
Can you do a prompt where the reader gets sent to interdimensional space and ends up finding Magolor,and instead of being mad they’re glad he’s alive?
One blink, and then two.

Alright, so it's an already established relationship.
He can't kiss you since he doesn't have a mouth or any lips. Instead there will be other affectionate acts he can do.
But he would really appreciate it if you kiss him often. The only times he might not like it is when he's busy with something.
He's a lot more patient with you unlike how he was when you two were friends.
More relaxed when near you. He's kind of on the edge every time he's with other people, especially if it's Marx.
He has manipulated you multiple times but he won't ever admit it. Despite him having manipulated you a lot in your life he doesn't do it anymore since he sees no use for it, yet.
If you have had a bad day Magolor will comfort you throughout the entire day, most of the time he tries to comfort you by using his magic.
That doesn't mean he only uses his magic to comfort you though.
Takes you out on dates a lot. But they aren't the classic restaurant dates since he can't eat. Instead his dates are more directed to technology and stars. Some of his 'dates' aren't even dates but he finds them romantic.
He really likes stargazing with you. He finds it relaxing and fun. There have been times when he has fallen asleep on you(or on your shoulder) while you two were stargazing.
It usually resulted in you having to carry him back inside the lor starcutter. Luckily, he's really light and barely weighs anything.
He sleeps with you every night. He usually doesn't move a lot while in bed or sleeping with you. He tugs onto you while sleeping. Sometimes when he feels really comfortable with you he sleeps on you while in bed. He also purrs.
He cooks for you if you need food. Usually you never get to cook. Despite him not eating food he's relatively okay at cooking.
If you tease him for looking like an egg he'll get annoyed and tease you back.
He loves physical affection. He might not ask you for permission if he wants to hug you or hold you though (Unless you have haphephobia). Randomly touches you out of nowhere while he compliments you for various things.
Loves getting pets or scratches behind his ears.
Blushes very often, sometimes he hides it since he doesn't want to be made fun out of you because of it.
Organizes your things if you ask him to, but he'll only do it if you're there with him.
He really likes being in fake battle scenarios with you. Usually as a fun game to play with you.
He's really good at chess and strategic board games. You might've beaten him once in a board game but that's the highest you can go. (unless you're really good) Either way he really likes playing board games with you. (Unless he loses)
He's a sore loser beat him in a bunch of games and he'll get slightly annoyed over it.
Likes reading books for you. If you two don't have anything to do.
If you have a hard time falling asleep at night Magolor will try to sooth you into sleeping through his magic.
He likes cuddling a lot, but sometimes he might not be in the mood for it.
Snuggles into your chest or shoulder depending on his mood.
When he is in need of comfort his first option would be going to you. Kissing and petting him at the same time might sooth Magolor.
He's slightly mischievous but never goes too insane or far with his pranks and mischief. His harsh ones goes to random people or his other friends.
Relatively calm relationship except for Magolor overthinking useless stuff.

until the Betrayal Arc and suddenly everything is a lie?? Was he just using reader and Kirby and Co. to get power? Their friendship is suddenly destroyed and now they have a lot of difficulty trusting him
Magolor actually still wants to be their friend but now they don’t want to be around him. Plus, what with he did, now nobody trusts him and hes gotta fix all the garbage he did. And because reader is a Halcandran, people are starting to act like they’ll betray everyone too.

The rest of the day went by rather quickly as closing time was soon upon MerryMagoland.
You wiped away a few beads of sweat as you watched the last few customers leave.
“Phew what a day! It was fun but I’m glad it’s over!”
“Really? Even with that crazy Hyness guy yelling at you earlier?” Magolor teased as he locked the gates.
“Well ok, that part wasn't fun but the rest of my day was. Hopefully I’ll never see that crazy guy again.” You admitted as you helped clean up.
“Don’t worry, my love. That Hyness guy is permanently banned from MerryMagoland. Seriously! Who just goes around screaming crazy talk at performers?” Magolor rambled as he shook his head.
“Right? I don’t even want to know what his deal was.” You added with a sigh.
“Well, I’m still glad your day was pleasant in spite of all that fuss.” Magolor admitted as he nuzzled the crook of your neck.
You let out a cheerful hum as you kissed his hooded forehead.
Magolor let out a soft purr as he continued to nuzzle you.
“C’mon, let’s head home.” You chuckled as you patted his head.
And with that, you and Magolor headed back to The Lor Starcutter.
Upon coming inside, Magolor floated to the Lor’s Computer.
“Before we hit the hay, I gotta check on the Lor.”
“Don’t take too long!” You teased as you headed to your shared bedroom.
Once Magolor finished checking up on the Lor, a string of text appeared on the screen.
“>Have you gotten the chance to propose to Y/N?”
Magolor’s face flushed under his hood.
He quickly typed back
“Not yet, Lor! I’m waiting for the right time!”
“>Take all the time you need. The ring is still safe here with me”
A small compartment opened up to reveal a beautiful ring just your size and perfectly suited to your tastes.
Magolor couldn’t help but smile under his scarf.
He couldn’t wait to see the ring around your finger someday.
While the two of you have been dating for a few years now, Magolor was still unsure how you would feel about marriage.
Marriage is a huge commitment and a life changing event.
Magolor loved you more than anything in the multiverse but he didn’t want to scare you away with such a big decision.
He closed up the compartment and typed back,
