Siuhirugh okay so dead ass I really think a lot of Florence + the Machine’s songs remind me of Sansa, just because I love both of them

But the one I’m thinking of at the moment is actually “Rabbit Heart.”

Just because i really??? Feel like it sort of fits the beginning of her story in King’s Landing, how 1) she was often times laid out as sort of a sacrifice for fucking everything and 2) how she forces herself to have to grow up and get stronger so she survives.

It would be a dull and very un-festive afternoon if they simply baked in total silence. And everyone knew that Sansa Stark was determined to create the PERFECT atmosphere when it came to Christmas; not a single minute in December could be at odds with the holiday spirit. She loves Arya, she loves everything about her and it’s so evident. Not only that, but she’s adorable as well. She’s someone who always manages to know how to put a smile on my face and make me laugh. Mitchi is just adorable

@raidstombs​ was one of the first people to come to mind for this. Ash is such a great presence on the dash & she tends to always be willing to help people as well. I know there’s been many times when I’ve gone to her with questions about lesson plans and she’s been super helpful. She’s such a delight to see everywhere and I’m so glad that I decided to follow her c:

Good lord I don’t know how @wildmoored​ does it. Especially when she was in school. She’s always doing things to help others, always pressing herself to be better and further her knowledge and depth of Godric/Garrett. I know she’s busy with things, life and work, and just being herself. Holly is such a positive influence on the dash and myself and I don’t know what I’d do without her c:

I know that my first thought was @maidofwinter / @tobewhoimnot bc of the amount of time they dedicate to her muses. Both on her multi and on Sansa. It amazes me how much she loves her muses and how much time she dedicates to them. She’s constantly throwing out headcanons, talking about her muses, and everything else involved. It’s clear that she loves her characters with all the time she puts into them.

his  return  to  winterfell  had  both  filled  him  with  profound  joy  and  an  unnerving  sense  of  dread.  to  see  bran  and  arya  again  after  so  many  years . . .  words  could  not  begin  to  express  ------  

bran  who  used  to  climb  walls  too  high  and  beg  to  join  him  and  robb  when  they  went  out  riding  on  a  summer’s  day.  who  hadn’t  been  awake  to  see  him  off  to  the  wall,  or  join  him  on  his  journey  there  as  he  had  so  eagerly  pleaded   ------   how  tall  had  he  grown ?  how  much  had  he  matured ? 

and  arya.  jon,  as  much  as  he  loved  his  siblings,  yearned  to  see  her  the  most.  her  cheeky  grin  and  tangled  brown  hair.  so  defiant  and  headstrong  and  as  skinny  as  a  twig.  where  had  she  disappeared  to  after  their  lord  father’s  death ?  did  she  still  carry  needle  with  her ? 

it  was  foolish  of  him  to  believe  they  would  be  the  same.  in  his  mind,  he  could  barely  remember  their  faces;  blurred  around  the  edges.  still  children,  as  they  had  been  before  he  left.

when  jon  walks  through  winterfell’s  gates,  his  steps  are  slowed.  he  felt  as  if  his  nerves  might  twist  his  stomach  asunder.  however,  it’s  not  arya  and  bran  who  greet  him,  but  sansa.

I’ve been seeing a lot of positivity memes on my dash, and usually I don’t participate in that sort of thing (I’m typically of the “if I write with you, that is my endorsement of you” philosophy), but I feel the need to give a special shout-out to @maidofwinter, @crowncdcrow, && @needlcd. 

I am acutely aware of the fact that I’m an impossible sort of person sometimes, and you guys put up with months of me following, unfollowing, refollowing, and generally waxing and waning on whether or not I could handle writing with more nonexclusive partners. Despite my indecision, you guys stayed with me, and, more than that, you were kind to me and supportive of my efforts. You were open to me, even when I wasn’t sure of myself. I just wanted to say that it takes a special kind of person to be like that, and that I’m grateful.
