The post office has sent us this TWICE! Notice the post mark dates. I have lived in this house for more than 4 years. Im pretty sure I live on Cactus Road not Calavar Road and I never met anyone with the name on this envelope, and I’m pretty certain they don’t live in my house. Do you ever get the feeling that users don't *want* to understand?

I just had a user that couldn't use the search in outlook, because outlook was stil indexing her 43 GB of mails. While trying to explain what indexing is, all she said was 'well do something then'.

I'll do something, how about I delete 41GB of mails?
