My Diet Plan
What is up guys? I hope y’all are doing fine! I am here again and I wanted to share to you guys about my diet plan.
My diet plan or food plan is enough for me to achieve my goal in maintaining my weight. Honestly, I can't say whether my diet or food plan is healthy or not. It is because I know that there are times that I am not eating foods properly. Sometimes, I eat a lot of unhealthy foods and also sometimes, I eat too much of the meal that I should actually eat. Even if there are times that I overeat or not eat enough foods, I still have days that I eat properly and eat enough foods.
The picture above shows the collage photo of my meal for two days, meals for Monday and meals for Sunday. As you can see, my meals for a day contains rice, sweets, and foods that I know that are good for the body. By the way, water is my daily drink but every morning, it is milk.
