Being Keto doesn’t mean you can’t have ANY carbs, in fact, depending on the stage you are at in your weight loss journey, you can actually enjoy a fair amount of carbs as part of your lifestyle maintenance.
At this point in my journey, I am enjoying 20 to 40 grams of carbs a couple of days a week, especially when I want a real sandwich, sweet potato, or something fun like this mini-potato recipe.

UPDATE #ketoweightlossjourney Im working on maintainence on keto for about 2 months now ... more or less I have kept the same weight going up and down 2 lbs ... but I still loose inches ... size 4 is loose and I can totally squeze into size 2 as well. I dont want to get any skinnier ... Im aming for being stronger and leaner! I haven’t had potaos for nearly a year now ... after researching how to maintain on keto I introduced potatos back to my diet from today! Its going to be occasionally here and there ... but OMG this was so so GOOD! 😍 Baked in the owen, sea salt and grass fed butter + little sourcream, cheese and onions This little potato was 5 oz and based on my app 17.5 g net carbs....
