Alright its Monday y'all and I was so tired today! I honestly woke up wanting to go right back to Fu$?**!! bed. These college classes are kicking my ASS......Not really, I'm kicking ass 90+ so far !!!YASSSS ( School is not my thing this is a BIG DEAL for me ) But I wanted to talk about that sentence I just said right here “These college classes are kicking my ASS” Seems harmless enough right? I'm just venting WRONG. It is normal for sure, but harmless, not so much. It is in our nature to look towards the negative.I will probably do it again some time this evening! But what I want to share, is catching negative self-talk and moods and changing them. Why is this important ? Because what you are thinking about and talking about is what you will get more of .
