Hey guys,
The time has come and Makeup Revolution have released their Halloween collections!! This year they have brought a collection inspired by one of my favourite Tim Burton movies Corpse Bride. It has been a favourite film of mine for years and when I found out they were releasing a whole collection I knew I had to pick up a few bits.
Today I'm going to be telling you about the first eyeshadow palette I picked up from the range. This palette is called The Newly Weds, £10.00 and this palette as you can see is a perfect mix of Emily and Victor with the colour story and especially all the blue tones. I have always loved how blue eyeshadow looks look on people but I myself have never been brave enough to wear them myself. But when I saw this palette it was instant love.
You get a range of mattes and shimmers in this palette and as you can see you get a mix of pastel tones to deep tones in this palette so even though the colour story is obvious you can still make a lot of looks. I also think we need to shout out the packaging. The outer palette has a image from the movie when they play piano together for the first time and it's actually one of my favourite scenes in the movie. This palette really is all about the details and in each eyeshadow you can see a stamp of a skellington on each pan which is a nice touch when you think about.
I adore this palette and tomorrow you'll see a makeup look using this palette and honestly I am obsessed with how the look came out. If you want to check out the palette itself hit the link below:
