Me: argh, why can't my eyebrows just turn out the same every time?
Sister: *sing-song* Eyebrows are sisters, not twins!
Me: well my right eyebrow looks fucking adopted

Did I give myself a tiny panic spiral trying to do eyeliner so I could cosplay as Grace, all the while knowing I have the coordination of a toddler waking up from a nap?
Why yes, yes i did. Thank you for your concern.
what did i learn today? makeup is expensive and hard to put on. also i respect people even more who put in on every day, do it as a profession, and just for the love of it. you're amazing.
I can't believe it took me 30 years to realize my favorite + most flattering lip color is berry... d'oh!
I bought a cream blush a few years ago and I have 0 clue how I'm supposed to hit pan on this thing. My skin is quite light and this product is high coverage, so I only use a dab or two of it at a time. I'm forcing myself to use it as eyeshadow and color corrector to get through it faster and it doesn't seem to help. I have barely scratched the creamy surface. I suspect this product will outlive me. I might have no choice but to eat it (or use it as lipstick, which will lead to it being ingested anyway).
you know what is really bothersome? applying makeup coz your bare face doesnt look right for the occasion, then removing the makeup again at night. like ugh, its too much work for my lazy ass
When you finally get your eye-shadow on point
And your crappy liquid eyeliner messes up and you need to take it all off and restart thereby wasting 20 precious minutes of the time you have to get ready for work
Makeup is nice and all... But it's annoying AF. No matter how much I clean off my eyeliner, it irritates my eyes so much. How do you ladies do it on the regular?
