MOST IMPORTANT HEADCANON. she teases Makishima for their poor fashion sense while being utterly oblivious to her own lack of color coordination and taste in bad patterns. she of course has bright bright red hair and has no idea how to pair her clothes with it

while nobody’s parents are really prominent in the series (save a few obvious exceptions) Makishima’s parents are hinted to be busy/abroad a lot? basically Makishima kind of ended up half-raising Makimouto alone (which ended up kind of contributing to their caretaker nature)and as such she’s rather attached to them. Makishima, being Makishima, assumes she’s not actually very fond of them, but the truth is Makimouto is just very shy and quiet and not very good at communicating much of anything, especially affection

she hovers around Makishima a lot when they’re with other people. Makishima is actually very good at telling when she’s feeling anxious and needs to get to some place quiet (probably because they recognize a lot of their own anxieties in her) and will excuse the both of them. there are no words for how grateful Makimouto is about this

despite her nervous, shy nature, she has a habit of idolizing “cool” people- anyone older than her, basically. she’s very attached to Kinjou, Tadokoro, and Toudou, and has varying levels of mixed surrogate older-sib/puppy-love affections towards them. she’s closest to Kinjou since he’s much less overwhelming than the others, and can tell when she needs space

she really likes biking!! since it’s the thing Makishima’s most passionate about, she’s interested in road racing and wants to compete when she’s older. to Makishima’s horror, the first thing she tried on a bike was the Spider Climb. several bandages later Makishima sternly told her never to try it again and form her own style (she tries it all the time in secret) (she has gotten handy with a first aid kit)

canon facts about Makishima's little sister: she has puppy-love crushes on Kinjou, Tadokoro, and Toudou, and plans to marry them. all three of them. Yuusuke can come visit them and clean their house

Makishima has a little sister!!! we don't know anything about her of course but i imagine she's a shy nervous little thing who takes after Yuusuke in a lot of ways UoU
