I am finished with my dress! I love wearing it, it's very comfy.
It combines the bicolored cable patterns Kells and Lindisfarne by Lucy Hague into a dress. I also added short rows and a box pleat to make it a good fit for me.

I have something to say about the difference between American and European cardigans, but I forgot what it was.
(How did I get here?)
Woohoo, finished plying my pale peach yarn (including successfully plying quite significant leftover against itself) and went back to my Solis spinning, which is starting to show more of the color range!
If I could eat colorways, Malabrigo "piedras" is up there

Malabrigo Nube „Boreal“, spindle-spun and chainplied on the wheel. I had such trouble with plying this thing. Usually I suspend the spindle from a hook above the wheel and then ply directly off it, but this time I decided to use a wool winder to make a ball. Well, never again. I spun this thing so finely it stuck to itself way too much. Ah well we live and learn :/

Well, I finally realized what this colorway reminds me of. (Cardinals photo by Steven Russell Smith, found on Reddit)
Lace work in knitting is just so rewarding. I count and follow the pattern and I’m still constantly amazed to see the lace motif come to life. I’m using Malabrigo Rios Worsted in Primavera. I got it for my birthday and it’s me in yarn form, lol. This is the Sanna Cardigan by Creabea Designs!
Now what’s the best way to block lace motif??
