I remember that day when me and my husband went for dinner.We ordered malai kofta and naan.That malai kofta I never taste before it was amazing taste. A lots of cremy smoothy curry with some flavored spices. That day I thought I want to make this recipe at home.I tried malai kofta and the taste was awesome.For kofta balls I used mashed potatoes with crushed panner, chilli, coriander, corn flour, condensed milk, ginger garlic paste , cardamom and some kasuri methi(dry curry leaves).I deep fried this balls into the hot oil till it turns into the golden brown .For curry preparation put some oil into pan and add cumin seeds and fry it for few sec. then I added chilli powder , turmeric then I put grinder paste like onion, chilli, ginger garlic and made thin paste. After that I added tomatos paste into pan.
