Picture taken right before the First Battle of Hoover Dam by an anonymous war photographer, undercover in the midst of Caesar's Legion troops, right before their massive defeat. The picture manages to capture three high-ranking Legionaires: Brutus of The East (left), Vulpes Inculta (middle), and the former Malpais Legate, Joshua Graham (right).
Graham holds a Legion flag, while Brutus presumably rallies soldiers on his mare. Inculta seems to be guiding both the rider and the horse.
The picture was banned from being published in NCR territory due to government officials' concerns.
