I finished Football 17776 finally. Its a very mundane, gentle story, comedic but also thoughtful, but mundane. And I think thats why its good. It's not some big huge, overarching story, its people coping with immortality together. People still love, people still hope, they do it in different ways. They believe in God still, or they make up games with each other, or they explore. Its eternity, but at least you aren't alone. At the end of the day, its really all about love, isn't it ? It's always about love. It doesn't have to be about anything more.
