Assistant Manager Projects - 3 to 5 Years 2. Deputy Manager Projects - 5 to 8 Years 3. Manager & Above Projects - 8+ Years 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 ✔ Lead end-to-end turnkey project execution from order receipt through successful customer handover. ✔ Plan project schedules, milestones, resources, and execution activities to ensure timely delivery. ✔ Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchase, Quality, Finance, Service, and Logistics teams for seamless project execution. ✔ Oversee installation, commissioning, and site execution activities while ensuring project quality and safety. ✔ Monitor project budgets, timelines, documentation, and risk mitigation strategies. ✔ Build strong customer relationships and ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. ✔ Proficiency in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings. ✔ Ability to perform water flow and pressure calculations. ✔ Experience in layout reading and participating in layout discussions. 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification will be an added advantage. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 • 3+ years of experience in turnkey project execution involving industrial equipment, induction furnaces, steel plants, non-ferrous melting systems, or other capital equipment. • Experience in installation, commissioning, and project management is preferred.
