โ Lead end-to-end turnkey project execution from order receipt through successful customer handover.
โ Plan project schedules, milestones, resources, and execution activities to ensure timely delivery.
โ Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchase, Quality, Finance, Service, and Logistics teams for seamless project execution.
โ Oversee installation, commissioning, and site execution activities while ensuring project quality and safety.
โ Monitor project budgets, timelines, documentation, and risk mitigation strategies.
โ Build strong customer relationships and ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
โ Proficiency in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings.
โ Ability to perform water flow and pressure calculations.
โ Experience in layout reading and participating in layout discussions.

โข Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
โข PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

โข 3+ years of experience in turnkey project execution involving industrial equipment, induction furnaces, steel plants, non-ferrous melting systems, or other capital equipment.
โข Experience in installation, commissioning, and project management is preferred.
