lovely kids..
Honestly, based on the original text, Todd’s hair keeps getting longer and messier over the course of the trilogy (at least in the first two books)
But… I kinda did the opposite.
Because I feel like in CW2 & CW3 he’s basically under the Mayor’s supervision, and there’s no way the Mayor would let him walk around with his hair all wild and chaotic every day.
Like… whoever raises you, you start to resemble them, right?.....

Chaos Walking
Older one I came across today. Absent friends.
It's not just the fact that Manchee died. It's the way he was killed. Saving Todd and Viola, the deliberate threat Aaron used, Manchee pleading with Todd before Aaron kills him. I'm not even very fond of dogs (it depends on the dog/owner tbh) but I'm a wreck again. 😭 Good ruddy dog.

I gotta say, I'm really disappointed to search for the Chaos Walking book series and just not see a whole lot pertaining to the books, just people going crazy over Tom Holland and Daisy Riddley. These were some great books that I just LOVE and recommend to everyone!! It would just be awesome if there was more recognition for it, yk? I probably just gotta do some more digging, I'm just McSad
